The Position

We are looking for an experienced Cook in the city of Melbourne to join our team in a funky hotel, Holiday Inn Express. This is an ongoing position with the right candidate must be available to work weekends and weekdays.

The Role:

• You'll have a passion for excellent quality food, produce and service.
• You'll have an ability to maintain a calm and respectful demeanour always; no matter the pressure.
• The personal drive and passion to deliver the highest quality food, customer service and ensure consistency in presentation.
• Complying with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines.

The Person

• Proven experience as a cook - preferably in a fast paced environment
• Premium customer service skills
• Excellent time management
• Advanced knowledge in food and safety and in OHS
• A bright and bubbly personality
