About the role:
As part of our Hotel Services team, and reporting to the Hotel Services Coordinator, the ideal candidates will be committed to providing high-quality catering services at our Crouch Street facility.
As a Cook or Kitchen Assistant, you will be part of our team of food services staff and provide vital support to ensuring an efficient catering service, while meeting food safety (HACCP) and accreditation standards.
About you:
- Qualification and/or experience in commercial cookery
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to provide high standard, nutritious and attractive meal service
- Reliable, flexible, have a positive attitude and attention to detail
