Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone's tastes.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• The Cook is accountable for the delivery of the highest level of service
• Food presentation, including quality of product
• Hygiene in accordance with Crown's vision, standards and objectives

We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the team for the following outlets:

• Room Service
• Mahogany Restaurant

To be successful you'll bring the following:

• Notable experience working as a cook in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
• The ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team environment
• Working knowledge of HACCP
• Willingness and ability to work around a 24-hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays (due to this we are not able to consider student visa holders at the moment)
