About The Role
Seeking a Cook to join this well established team in Alice Springs. You will prepare all food items to its highest standard, ensuring the product provided by the hotel is of high quality, hygiene and value. You will be rewarded with a remuneration package of Cook, HIGA L3.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your section and area, monitoring the quality of output and production
- Work collaboratively within the kitchen and broader team
- Follow directions by the chef in charge of the shift
- Actively encourage communication in your department. Encourage open and honest feedback
- Produce consistently excellent food
