Our newest concept, Flour Child Cocktail Bar & Pizzeria, opened its doors late 2019 and has been killing it ever since. As a result, we have two new venues coming to Melbourne’s inner city in the next few months. We describe Flour Child as a cocktail bar disguised as a pizzeria. Although our hero the iconic Pinsa Romana pizzas.

Job description:
- Preparation of ingredients by following recipes. You will be slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; and plating meals
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
What we are looking for:
- Relevant certificat III and IV in cookery
- At least 2 year previous experience in a kitchen
- Be able to work late nights and weekends
- Handle high volume and fast paced service
