Duties include:
- cooking takeaway; including gluten free
- maintaining food health & safety
- general cleaning/housekeeping
- stock control; security and loss prevention
- following business policies and procedures
Business hours are 5:00am to 8:00pm. Shifts run from 4:45am - 8:15pm, 7 days a week. Shift length vary from 5 to 7.75 hours. Opening and closing shifts available for this role (approx. 15 - 36 hours a week). You must be available weekends, school and public holidays, and various shifts during the week.
The ideal applicant would have experience with deep frying and hot plate cooking or experience in a similar environment. This job involves working with both senior and junior staff. Being a great communicator, with the ability to work calmly under pressure, being organised and reliable, appreciate a clean work environment, with a strong understanding of food allergies, will see you excel in this position.

Vehicle Manufacturing, Repair, Services and Retail Award 2010 applies to position. Adult wage Mon. - Fri. is $30.61/hr. Weekends and Public Holidays $39.93/hr. Junior wages do apply.
