We have since expanded to Sydney and Melbourne and have rescued over 2.6 million kg of produce from landfills.
We're now rapidly growing and looking for a Chef/Cook to join our team on a casual basis. At this stage, you'll cook twice a week, with potential overtime. The current schedule is every Monday and Wednesday. Around 10-12 hours per shift.
Hourly pay between $30 - $35 depending on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a high volume of meals under the head chef’s guidance.
- Ensure meals are cooked according to quantities outlined in the recipe guide.
- Help package and seal finished meals.
- Maintain food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
- Help develop new recipes and menus.
- Process improvement.
- [OPTIONAL] Procure ingredients and supplies before cooking.
Requirements:
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume commercial kitchen highly favourable.
- Passion for cooking.
- Efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and being proud of your work
- Willing to adapt and be flexible.

- 15 min interview with admin (recorded)
- Management reviews interviews and advances brand-aligned candidates to a 2nd 15 min interview with management
- From there selected candidates enter a 30-minute unpaid trial in the kitchen or a 1-2 day paid trial
