We are recruiting for our beloved southwest Sydney venue, the East Hills Hotel and are seeking new kitchen staff to join our team of hospitality professionals.
We are looking to fill this role within the next three weeks so please only apply if you are currently able to start asap.
To be considered for this exciting position, you must possess the following:
- At least 3 + years of proven kitchen experience.
- A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification.
- Char or flame grill experience is advantageous
- Ability to continually maintain high production, productivity and customer-service standards.
- A punctual and professional manner
- Organisation skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, creativity and ability to make great food
- Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
