To be considered for this role you will demonstrate experience in ;
- Positive demeanor with an ability to encourage and uplift your team to achieve great service periods whilst maintaining a level of calm.
- Experience in a busy restaurant establishment with pizzas, wood fired portion management and presentation, consistency.
- Efficient use of time and production of commercial kitchen.
- Food Safety and a clean as you go Food Safe Management style.
We have both casual hours available for the right candidate. Weekend work is required as a part of these roles.
