Franco Pizza is a modern Italian restaurant located in Thirroul, Wollongong. We specialise in contemporary Mediterranean food, with an emphasis on seasonal produce, interesting wines and great service.

About you:
Have experience in fast paced kitchens and love all things food. Enjoy being part of a tight knit team and working together as a collective, A good work ethic and attitude is a must. Available evenings and weekends for a full time or permanent part time role.
We're after Chefs and Cooks to join our pizza team. We specialise in New York style pizzas, hand throwing our signature 72 hour dough. This roll will have you involved from the dough mixing and shaping, right through to stretching and cooking as well as creative input on our regular pizza specials. .
This role could also suit a chef that is wanting to expand their knowledge and skills in learning the art of pizza making.
We're also on the hunt for a chef or cook with a minimum 2 years experience. This role could also suit a 2nd year apprentice or above. To be apart of our cold section team, you'll be working closely with the head chef learning the craft of antipasti and desserts. Pizza experience is not essential in this role.
