Qualifications & experience
- Must Have up to 2 years' experience in pizza Making. Up to 2 years' experience in Italian cuisine
- Understand dietary requirements and implementation
- Coordinate and build working rapport with all team members.
- Familiar with all areas of Kitchen
- Well presented ,respectable , adaptable ,willing to learn new skills and evolve .
Tasks & responsibilities
- All of areas of pizza preparation dough production, fermentation management, stretching, cooking, food prep, stock /cost management.
- Knowledge of Wood fire Ovens - startup, Temperature Maintenance . open Pizza area .
- Kitchen chef Familiar with Italian cooking techniques, ability to cross over into pizza section.
- Working closely with owners, encouragement of input into menus, new flavors and improvements, construction of group functions menus.
