Common Equity provides a unique offering as the only housing provider in South Australia that delivers cooperative housing. As the umbrella body for housing cooperatives, providing services to 11 Member Organisations, we partner with our members to sustain cooperative vitality and foster cooperative culture.

Reporting to the CEO, the Cooperative Services Manager will operationalise our mission and vision and champion the international values and principles of cooperation in everything we do.
About You
You will be an exceptional leader with a demonstrable commitment to and knowledge of the cooperative business model. You will have demonstrable success in developing innovative and evidence-based programs and services and in community capacity building in membership based organisations.
You will be a natural at consulting, liaising, and building effective relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
Resourcefulness, resilience, curiosity, attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to understand and interpret legislation, regulations, contracts and standards will be a strength.
