What the role will involve:
  • You’ll help your colleagues carry out their work without any compromise to their safety and wellbeing. You’ll meet with teams to learn more about the business and understand their worksites / high risk activities.
  • Safety and quality are priority. Feedback is essential to achieve this. Constantly capturing, reviewing and providing it means regional Team Leaders can deliver high-quality, safe job planning on the back of your work.
  • You’ll know you’re in your stride when you’re improving the safety performance and processes in the field. That’s because your recommendations have been taken on board by the Operations Managers and Team Leaders.
  • You’ll be joining a buoyant team environment where everyone looks out for each other. If learning and development is your thing, a modern development framework will give you all the skills you need for future promotions.
Key skills and experience:

You?

You’ll be travelling from site to site, so a full driver’s licence is required.

You’ll also be experienced with infrastructure field work scheduling, planning or management and you’ll be familiar with the software that supports your work, like SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft access
