Coordinator Facilities Maintenance Programs
2 x Full Time Positions, 35 hours, 5 days per week
Salary: $96,481.38 to $ 105,718.93 pa + super + Council Leaseback Vehicle
Location: Rose Street Depot

The role provides specialist advice to the Manager Facilities focusing on preventative and programmed maintenance aspects of building asset management and on request, participate in other building asset management functions and building projects within Council on operational and community land.
Coordinate and maintain scheduled building preventative and programmed Maintenance Programs and some building operational programs to enable Council’s corporate objectives to be satisfied and to provide technical advice as required in respect to building asset and property maintenance matters and contribute to the operations of the Operational Facilities department whilst promoting Council as an efficient organization
Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
