About the Job: Our Rail Services team continues to expand and we’re seeking a Coordinator with industry experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our expansion and success. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role will see you working closely with our clients, identifying new business opportunities and overseeing a team of 30 field employees. Located: Mader Maintenance Centre in High Wycombe Hours: Monday to Friday 6AM-4PM Key responsibilities will include: Work with our clients to assist with labour and staffing requests Schedule and maintain a consistent workflow Pursue new work opportunities through existing and potential clients Be actively involve in the recruitment process of hiring personnel Ensure employee roster is accurate and up to date Regular site travel to conduct client visits and employee check-ins Drive positive safety culture and reinforce safety messaging Regular team events and employee catch ups to build team culture Timely and accurate quotes are provided to clients Skills and experience required: Rail and/or track industry experience essential Previous experience in a maintenance, planning, scheduling or coordinating Demonstrated leadership experience Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal) Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office) Strong focus on safety and quality Valid C Class drivers license Mader Perks: Award-winning company offering unmatched opportunities Competitive salary and attractive annual bonus Laptop and work phone provided Years of service recognition and rewards Ongoing team leadership training Site, interstate and international travel opportunities Salary sacrificing and exclusive employee discounts (retail, healthcare and more!)
