Coordinator l Rail & Track Services - Perth

About the Job:

Our Rail Services team continues to expand and we’re seeking a Coordinator with industry experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our expansion and success. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role will see you working closely with our clients, identifying new business opportunities and overseeing a team of 30+ field employees.

Located: Mader Maintenance Centre in High Wycombe

Hours: Monday to Friday 6AM-4PM

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work with our clients to assist with labour and staffing requests
• Schedule and maintain a consistent workflow
• Pursue new work opportunities through existing and potential clients
• Be actively involve in the recruitment process of hiring personnel
• Ensure employee roster is accurate and up to date
• Regular site travel to conduct client visits and employee check-ins
• Drive positive safety culture and reinforce safety messaging
• Regular team events and employee catch ups to build team culture
• Timely and accurate quotes are provided to clients

Skills and experience required:

• Rail and/or track industry experience essential
• Previous experience in a maintenance, planning, scheduling or coordinating
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
• Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• Valid C Class drivers license
