Remuneration: $106,142 per annum - $125,241 per annum + super and annual leave loading

ABOUT THE ROLE
To provide administrative planning and logistical services to the rostering, deployment and People Hub teams. Coordinate the state-wide operational annual leave planning process and associated ongoing monitoring processes. Establish and build the state-wide training program calendar aligned with the future state Roster Hub model. Support and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure governance structures align with off-roster management principles and procedures and are maintained.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent experience in leave management in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in interpretation of complex data and linking complex datasets across multiple databases.
- Sound analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce high quality written documentation and presentations in a timely manner
