About the organisation:
Murray PHN (Primary Health Network) is a part of the national network of Primary Health Networks across Australia. We work closely with the primary health system to identify opportunities to improve health outcomes in our community.
Murray PHN spans the northern Victoria area from Mildura to Woodend and eastward to Wodonga including Albury NSW. Servicing this area are offices and staff located in Albury (North East), Bendigo (Central Victoria), Mildura (North West) and Shepparton (Goulburn Valley) acknowledging that our region crosses many First Nation lands.
The opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator - Quality to manage and report on Murray PHN's quality requirements in alignment with our Quality Management Framework.
In this pivotal role, you will maintain our Quality Register and oversee all associated quality assurance registers, ensuring routine compliance reporting and effective escalation of issues. Your responsibilities will include coordinating Murray PHN’s quality processes, internal audit program, and driving continuous improvements to enhance our quality management systems.
About you:
To succeed as our Coordinator - Quality, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quality Management or equivalent experience.
- A solid grasp of contemporary quality principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated governance skills, including monitoring, reporting, and quality assurance checks.
- Experience in interpreting and complying with corporate governance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing professional reports and training materials for varied audiences.
Demonstrated ability to conduct internal compliance audits and reviews effectively is desirable.
What we offer:
- Full time, maximum term contract up to December 2025
- Location options Bendigo, Shepparton, Mildura or Albury
- Salary – Grade 5 $95,697 per annum plus superannuation
