  This is a Fixed Term Part Time appointment at 38 hours per fortnight until 14/06/2024.

Position Profile:  WA Country Health Sewrvice are looking to appoint a Coordinator Stroke

The Coordinator Stroke is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of stroke care for patients in the Region. This includes leadership and co-ordination of the patient journey involving metropolitan and rural sites, through the acute and sub-acute phases. Service development including staff education and quality improvement initiatives in line with up to date evidence based practice in stroke care. Provides a stroke care consultation service to staff across the region.
