About the role
The Coordinator Traineeships coordinates and administers the delivery and expansion of the traineeship program across the State’s prisons while continuously developing, implementing and reviewing new employment initiatives and future directions to identify new traineeship opportunities. This position continuously evaluates and monitors service and program delivery to ensure program integrity and compliance with the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 and Standards for Registered Training Organisation (2015), State industrial legislation requirements and Department of Training and Workforce Development administrative requirements.
The Education Employment and Transitional Services unit (EETS) works towards assisting students to acquire, develop, practice and apply the knowledge, skills and attitudes they need now and, in the future, to take responsible control of their own lives.
