Copywriter/Content Manager

THE COMPANY:Join an exciting and vibrant travel company dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences to their customers. They're seeking a talented Copywriter/Content Manager to join them for a 12 month maternity cover.THE ROLE:Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:Develop global copy, advertising, scripts and contentLocalise global marketing assets for Australia and New Zealand and provide project based supportProduce high quality copy and content for brochures, eBrochures, destination guides and website contentProduce copy, proofing and editing for all marketing materials across multiple media channels including stakeholders both internal and external; Including but not limited to DMs, eDMs, advertorials, campaign info, advertising, TVC scripts and videos etc;Produce and develop copy for global advertising materials, adapting copy style and content to suit the advertising formats and visual narrative. Including but not limited to brand, tactical and advertorial formats for print and digital channelsSource and develop relationships with a network of established travel writers for global content projectsCo-ordinate briefing and assignment of projects with travel writers and manage the submissions, review and editing of materials for multi-channel executionProduce and develop storyboards and scripts/supers/copy for videos, TVCs and social content formats, working with the video content teamCopywriting and storytelling for global social channels, working with global digital marketing agencyDrive creative idea generation and manage the implementation of key content programs, including developing and writing the story bank for Magazines, eMagazines, e-News and blog contentReceive and interpret briefs from the marketing, sales and product teamsWork closely with the marketing and design teams to produce creative and compelling on-brand campaignsResearch, conceptualise and write original contentDevelop brand and product messaging, as well as master guidelines for brand copy and hero copy bank for global marketing programsYOU:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant copywriting, journalism, or content marketing experience with demonstrated successExperience working for a travel or luxury brand, or in travel journalism is preferredExceptional writing skills including excellent grammar, proofing and editing skillsExperience in, or exposure to, developing content for digital programs (online, digital marketing, CRM and social)If you are a strong copywriter, have travel experience and are free immediately for a 12 month contract then we would love to hear from you.
