About the right team member
The ideal candidate will leverage their outstanding communication skills and impeccable attention to detail to connect with partners to increase the engagement of our corporate plans. The Account Manager will have previous experience within Account Management/Sales ideally within the corporate benefits sector.
This role is being offered on a 12 month FTC.
About the role
In this role, you are the face of ClassPass to our corporate partners across Australia. You confidently explain the usefulness of our tools, discuss ways in which we can help boost engagement and effectively troubleshoot partner issues. In addition, you will be a liaison between our internal partners (CX & Launch) to ensure successful client rollouts and ongoing programs. This role provides the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of ClassPass and the fitness industry, develop account management skills and cultivate relationships with select partners.
Build strong, long-term relationships with medium to large corporate partners by helping them grow their employee engagement on ClassPass
Engage with your book of business regularly with focus on key partners during a quarterly check-in via phone or in-person meetings (some you’ll interact with every day!)
Attend various industry events and conferences including hosting stands
Assist with resolving transactional issues and completing ad hoc projects
Conduct commercial conversations with small to medium sized companies
Leverage natural negotiation and persuasion skills to roll out new engagement tools and maintain relationships with corporate partners
A good collaborator, always looking for ways to assist the wider team
Contribute towards Global Corporate AM projects
Develop a good knowledge of the HR/Benefit world and how ClassPass fits in
Deliver outstanding service to our corporate partners
Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Team to ensure smooth onboarding of corporate clients
Create renewal contracts
Assist with onboarding of new business
Skills & experience
2+ Years experience
Knowledge of the HR and benefits industry
A good communicator who loves building relationships
A good problem solver with a naturally detail-oriented approach to executing tasks and an ability to manage multiple projects at once
Good amount of technical experience in CRM systems (SalesForce)
Demonstrate partnerships experience with a track record of high standards and top performance
Right to work in Australia
