Corporate Finance Manager

We support a dynamic core-plus infrastructure business backed by various nameplate funds in its search for a Corporate Finance Manager with strong modelling and analysis skills.

The Opportunity

The Corporate Finance Manager is pivotal in supporting the Head of Corporate Finance in making informed strategic investment decisions.  As the owner and custodian of the Corporate Valuation Model, you will :

• Lead financial modeling and valuation activities, providing key insights to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Develop robust financial models to facilitate investment and business case analysis, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
• Contribute to ad hoc commercial analysis, providing valuable financial perspectives to guide decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience:

• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrable experience developing financial models for capital intensive assets
• Strong ability to deliver impactful analytical insights, dig into the detail when required and perform a variety of commercial analysis activties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of success in a similar Corporate Finance or investment analysis role.
