The OpportunityJoin our Corporate Affairs Team on this 14-month parental leave fixed term opportunity.
As our Corporate Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, you'll be responsible for protecting and enhancing our reputation through external communications, issues management, strategic community partnerships and sustainability programs.
With strong business acumen, strategic thinking and collaboration skill, you will be working closely with our senior leaders and subject matter experts to strengthen our business today and help it transform for the future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the external communications strategy, including the press office and all corporate channels.
- Manage ANZ NGO partners, overseeing external programs, establishing new relationships and facilitating organisational storytelling.
- Participate in the development of our new Suntory Oceania Sustainability Strategy, leading for associated communications materials/activations.
- Support organisation to undertake our first Reconciliation Action Plan, engaging across the organisation and external partners.
To enable you to hit the ground running in this role, you will have:
- Corporate Affairs experience, especially in Media Relations & Issues, CSR/Community Programs (8-10 Years Minimum)
- A natural storyteller and highly curious, you like developing new strategies and then deliver with excellence.
- Organised and adept at planning and project management, good instincts to prioritise your workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good at creating collaborative relationships within the organisation and external partners.
- The ability to adapt and be flexible/agile in your approach as we embark on our transformation journey to become Suntory Oceania.
- Community Reconciliation Action Plan experience desirable.
