Seeking a Chef Manager to join this premium production facility to cover the Chef on site annual leave! You will be responsible for staffing canteen, and catering management.
- Monday to Friday - 6:30am to 13:30pm
- Must be available March 12th to 28th
- Managing a Staffing the Canteen
- Catering for a large group
About You:
You will need to have previous experience in large-scale catering operations, managing a team on a daily basis. You will need to be a hands-on chef who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills and is able to engage with staff
You will possess:
- Experience in Staffing Canteen and Catering (hotel experience ideal)
- Commercial Cookery Cert. III or IV
- Hands-on chef with strong Culinary Administration knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Eye for detail
