An exciting opportunity exists for a Corporate Communications Manager within our Corporate Affairs team. This role involves a strategic focus on both internal and external communications, ensuring they are engaging, consistent and effectively support the company’s objectives. This extends to the external branding, positioning and reputation of this fashion retail brand, including media releases, LinkedIn, and marketing of the group's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to prospective employees.
Reporting directly to the GM ESG & Corporate Affairs, some of the areas you will be responsible for include:
- Designing engaging content to assist in the understanding and adoption of our company objectives whilst fostering employee engagement.
- Manage the corporate reputation, engaging with stakeholders and navigating corporate affairs, assuring alignment with business objectives.
- Crafting compelling content for both internal and external channels that aligns with our well-known and loved culture and values.
- Collaborating with various divisions and functions across the organisation to deliver key messaging and drive engagement.
- Collaborating with business leads to develop and deliver internal communication strategies that support transformation and change.
- Manage the internal communications calendar and drive an exceptional employee experience.

What you’ll need to succeed
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within communications.
- Expertise in delivering versatile communication solutions suitable for a variety of delivery methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate confidently with senior executive and leadership, as well as building and sustaining relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to craft compelling content to suit a variety of audiences.
- Team management experience is preferable.
