The Opportunity: 
Our Marketing team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join the team. This role will focus on Corporate Communications and Activation and will be the custodian of designing, developing, and executing the brand, communication, and activation strategy in the market to build and strengthen the Arrotex corporate brands within the Australian pharmaceutical industry, our peers, our external and internal customers.
This individual will be required to think strategically and act operationally, lead, and implement effective marketing and communications strategies that reflect the priorities of the organisation’s core values. This includes maintaining and enhancing the Arrotex brand image, engaging with stakeholders, and driving organisational success.

Key Responsibilities
  

  • Driving the creation and implementation of omnichannel Arrotex brand and communication strategy, inclusive PR campaigns).
  • Development and maintenance of brand guidelines, visual identity, and governance programs to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
  • Provide expert guidance on channels and mediums, especially digital, to best execute brand and product strategies including launching new brands to market.
  • Develop a mix of reporting that tests the efficacy of campaigns and messages
  • Robust budgeting and financial capabilities
  • Extensive experience in leadership and collaboration with agency partners across creative, brand, media, digital, and content disciplines
  
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in a communication and brand strategy role preferably within the pharmaceutical or health sector.
  • Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, sales, and commercial policies and practices
  • Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and management of social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in writing, researching, editing, and proofreading, ensuring clear and effective communication with strong attention to detail.
  • Natural affinity and competency in stakeholder engagement, including establishing and maintaining effective relationships internally at an operational level, with an engaging style and ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Project management and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects/priorities.
  • Ability to successfully work with external agencies, including advertising and medical education vendors to develop programs and materials is required.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team.
  • Development briefs: Creative, Media, Research.
  • Managing small and large budgets.
  • Experience in delivering high-volume projects simultaneously with tight timeline pressures.
