What you’ll contribute to:
Forming a part of the Business Intelligence and Treasury team, the Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for assisting QAL achieve its corporate objectives in relation to treasury management, financial modelling, aeronautical pricing negotiations, and analytics support.

We want to hear from people who have:
- Significant experience in the financial analysis and treasury space – 5+ years is preferable.
- Ability to build / develop and manage a fully functioning financial model covering a sophisticated business organisation.
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Commerce.
- Superb communication and influencing skills, with a focus on making connections with key stakeholders.
- A high level of commercial acumen.
- CPA or CA qualification is beneficial.
Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the evaluation of complex cross functional, capital investment project decisions and strategic investment decisions.
- Support with all core treasury functions (including short-term cash management, debt drawdowns and repayments, interest and swap payments and calculation of financial ratios) and within this, ensure compliance with the terms of financing agreements.
- Responsibility for integrity and updates of key models including the QAL Valuation/Forecast model and the QAL passenger forecast models.
- Prepare and provide regular formal reports on treasury activities (including debt position, derivative valuations, cash position, and compliance with treasury policy).
- Ownership of QAL’s models to support business planning, debt financing, tax planning, shareholder valuations, business investment decisions, and analysis for business cases.
