Our Corporate Finance team provides commercial and strategic advice to a range of public, private and ASX listed companies. We operate in large and complex market leading transactions dealing with some of the most significant issues currently challenging Australia.

Paxon has more than 30 years’ experience working across a diverse portfolio of projects and programs. We specialise in health, housing, education, energy, transport, sports and recreation and other social / economic infrastructure sectors.

As a Corporate Finance Graduate Analyst, you will be a member of a market-leading team focused on delivering high quality results and working in partnership with clients to maximise value, mitigate risk and achieve successful transactions.

This role will provide exposure to all aspects of Corporate Finance, including:
• Financial modelling and analysis
• Business case development and feasibility studies
• Assessment of procurement and financing options
• Structuring of projects and ventures
• Financing arrangements and structuring
• Providing commercial and financial advice
• Documenting and presenting results.

In recruiting previous graduates we have found candidates with a finance / commerce background and studies in law, engineering or science have the ideal skill set to thrive at Paxon.

The role is suited to candidates with:
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Advanced document writing and presentation preparation skills
• Excellent communication skills.
