Corporate Information Support Officer (Information Technology - Records Management)

Primary Purpose of Position:
The Information Management Officer is responsible for delivering proactive and customer-focused information management services to support the short, medium, and long-term needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and advice on Information Management functions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, focusing on continuous improvement and enhancing the customer experience.
- Assist in property correspondence tasks such as property numbering, inquiries, and inspections.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of information, including managing off-site storage and retrieval services.
- Contribute to the archival program for both physical and digital records.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Records or Information Management with practical experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the State Records Act 1998 and associated Records Management standards.
- Experience using Electronic Document and Records Management System/s (EDRMS).
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Previous Public Sector experience.
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
