- Undertake administrative tasks including but not limited to typing of letters/policies, collecting medical records, telephone calls, mailing, filing, record compilation, calendar bookings.
- Undertake office administration and management, maintaining and ordering stock, stationery, and other supplies.
- Provide administrative assistance to meetings.
- Assist with scheduling and administration of education and in-service sessions.

- Certificate III in Health Administration or Office Administration, or recent administration experience, preferably within a Healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills including excellent spelling and comprehension, excellent verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to deal confidently and courteously with patients and health professionals
- Demonstrated experience in the MS Office Suite of applications, spreadsheet and database software, electronic scheduling and email systems.
- Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.
