Corporate Receptionist

One of the worlds most profitable pharmaceutical companies is hiring, and you have the opportunity to be part of the team!
This role is a temporary to permanent role, based full time in the Sydney CBD. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their head office; essentially representing the business!

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and directing incoming calls
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring all technology is working correctly
• Answering client enquiries face to face
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Ensuring a well presented and welcoming reception area
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed

This is a client facing role where you will be required to work across multiple floors and create an inviting environment. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be setting the first impression for all visitors to the office.

About you:

• Previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist
• A strong communicator
• Professional attitude
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  This position offers a $65,000 salary + superannuation and provides a number of career growth opportunities. You will work on a roster, hours vary from 7.30 AM to 3.30 PM or 9.30 AM or 5.30 PM Monday to Friday.

Please note, to be considered for this role you must be available for either shift and have previous reception experience in a busy environment.
