This role is a temporary to permanent role, based full time in the Sydney CBD. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their head office; essentially representing the business!
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and directing incoming calls
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring all technology is working correctly
- Answering client enquiries face to face
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Ensuring a well presented and welcoming reception area
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
About you:
- Previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist
- A strong communicator
- Professional attitude
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Please note, to be considered for this role you must be available for either shift and have previous reception experience in a busy environment.
