This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group of building and development consultants. With three operating entities this dynamic team of professionals are needing to enhance the support function and are now looking to appoint a Corporate Receptionist.
The role
This is a full-time permanent position and reports to the Operations Manager for the group. Duties include:
Front office management
Receiving all incoming calls and office enquires
Taking and passing on messages
Data entry and general administration
Maintaining meeting rooms
Maintaining a neat and organized office environment
Skills & Experience
Experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Well presented with a can-do attitude and genuine willingness to learn
A fast learner who is proactive
A positive and outgoing nature
