Pay rate & Roster:
- Permanent full-time
- SSIA level 4 + Applicable Loadings & Penalties
- 0600-1800, 4 on 4 off rotating roster
- Minimum average of 42 hours per week
- Every second weekend off
- Saturday rate of $40.31
- Sunday Rate of $53.74
- Public holiday rate of $67.18
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Operating within the scope of site procedural requirements
- Conducting regular patrols on foot to monitor established areas of the facility
- Responding promptly to security incidents and alarms
- Providing a visible security presence to deter unauthorised activity
- Assisting with access control and visitor management
- Collaborating with team members to ensure comprehensive security coverage
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of patrol activities
- Sustaining the ability to maintain a mixture of static and roving positions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid and current NSW Security License
- CPR Qualification completed within the last 12 months
- Ability to perform to expectation with little to no supervision
- Previous exposure in Corporate Security or a similar professional setting
- High Level of Communication Skills
- Excellent Radio Communication Skills (RaTel)
- Proven ability to work within a team environment.
- Able to exhibit flexibility in terms of tasking when working
- Able to exhibit initiative in solving operational challenges within the scope of their role.
