In these roles, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the organisation. These positions offer diverse cultural experiences and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the community.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Empathy for the needs of Aboriginal people and experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • A diploma qualification with at least three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Current driver’s license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach to customer service.
  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a team.
  • Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.

The Offer:

  • Flexible work options and healthy lifestyle programs.
  • Competitive remuneration package with salary sacrifice arrangements.
  • Above-standard superannuation.
  • New office spaces with onsite parking.
  • Regular travel to the scenic Cape York Peninsula.

To ensure compliance with Australian employment law, this role is only open to candidates who possess either the right to work in Australia, permanent residency, citizenship status or visa status.
