About the role
Elders Gladstone and Tannum Sands is looking for a Body Corporate Administrator on a permanent full time basis, for our busy office to work closely with our other managers coordinating the affairs of lot owners.
The successful candidate will be confident and have a strong attention to detail in this office based role.
Responsibilities
As a Body Corporate Administrator, your duties will include:
Managing a selection of diverse complexes
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
Managing email workload
Resolution of building matters
Attendance at meetings
Coordination of maintenance
About you
To succeed at Elders, you:
Have a confident and friendly manner, with excellent interpersonal skills
Have a good knowledge of the BCCM Act and Regulations, or an ability to learn legislation
Are organised and have an excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
Are willing to learn, share knowledge and work in a team.
Are positive and have a commitment to personal professional growth and development.
Experience using Strata Master is an advantage, however NOT essential
