About the Role
AMBICO is currently looking for aSenior Corporate Services Administratorto join our team. As a Senior Corporate Services Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of ourCorporate Services function and delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and employees. This role is pivotal in handling various inquiries and requires excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Procurement & Supplier Management
- Office Acquisition and Office Maintenance
- Providing assistance and support with key human resources processes and activities including on boarding of staff
- Organizing staff events and business functions within given budget parameters
- Managing staff anniversary reward & recognition tasks
- Handling ad hoc tasks related to motor vehicles & company signage.
- Ordering uniforms and managing supplier relationships
- Maintaining and managing all support inboxes
- Document and create policies to aid business growth and business knowledge retention.
Qualifications, Experience, Competencies:
- Experience in performing payroll and/or administration functions.
- 5+ years' experience as a corporate administrator
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in computing and data entry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a fast-paced labour hire environment desirable but not essential
