Due to a promotion, we are on the look out for a Corporate Store Manager to join the team in Bassendean.
Running the store as if it is your own business, you will:
Delight your customers with service and store standards
Recruit, coach and develop your own store team
Contribute to a safe and positive store environment
Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance

Ideally the right candidate will have:
Passion and excitement for customer service - most of the time this role will be customer facing
Fast-paced leadership experience and a lead by example approach (willing to get your hands dirty!)
Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing environment
Strong communication skills, and the ability to influence team members
