Job Description:

Nick Scali Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team at the Keysborough Distribution Centre. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and smooth operation of our distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly and Production: Assist in the assembly and production of furniture items according to company standards and specifications.
 
2. Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on assembled furniture pieces to ensure they meet the company's high-quality standards.
  
3. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels by accurately tracking stock movements and conducting regular stock counts.
  
4. Packaging and Shipping: Prepare finished products for shipping by carefully packaging items and ensuring they are ready for safe transportation to our retail stores and customers.
  
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the efficiency of production operations.
  
Requirements:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
