Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing client service and relationship management
- Support with compliance of tax planning and structuring assistance
- Support with audits and reviews
- Provide tailored technical tax assistance to clients
- Offering business structuring counsel to the firm's clientele
- Counselling clients on tax-related cross-border investment issues and conducting tax due diligence
- Ability to apply procedures of tax compliance and governance frameworks
- Management, training and development of team members
- Engagement in business development initiatives
- Relevant tertiary degree or professional qualifications (Accounting, Finance etc.)
- Completed CA or equivalent
- Prior experience with training and mentoring staff
- Prior experience with Corporate Tax and advisory a professional services environment
- Client-centric approach and great communication skills
