Corporate travel can be very routine, have you ever wanted a role where it’s not just about responding to problems but being able to work with a system that minimises them occurring and allows you the opportunity to proactively work on improving client outcomes.

About the Organisation:

Having established themselves as a key organisation in the sector the team is focused on providing people movement logistic services to a range of national and international ‘blue chip’ corporate clients with operations across the country.  They are able to do this through the support of their business partners, the unique system that they have created, the relationships they have within the sector, and the care of their team.

About You:

Ideally you will have come from a Corporate Travel, retail or airline check-in background where speed, accuracy and attention to customer service is key.  Attitude and drive will be everything in this role.  You will have experience and enjoy working within a small team environment, where decision can be made quickly and your agile mind will create customer focused solutions. 

It is anticipated that you will have experience with travel booking engines and understand all of the moving parts that have to come together to make people logistics a smooth and comfortable experience.
