About the Role As part of CTM’s ongoing focus to deliver customer service excellence, the Sustainability Officer will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of CTM’s Sustainability Strategy and meeting our clients’ sustainability needs. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, the Sustainability Officer requires a self-motivated individual who demonstrates strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You will have excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for numbers and accuracy. The role will involve detailed problem solving and logical thinking. This role will be diverse, and you will work alongside several stakeholders so your time management skills will be crucial to your success. This is an entry level role with 3-4 years experience in travel, consulting or sustainability Skills and Experience
Good understanding of CTM or travel booking systems or ability to quickly acquire the knowledge of this system
Intermediate level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise according to agreed deadlines
Solution orientated with strong initiative
Good analytical skills to assist in the interpretation of data for Account Management and Sales
Strong communication and influencing skills
Minimum 3-4 years experience in travel, consulting or sustainability role with proven ability in effective relationship building.
