Job description

Property Network of Australia is seeking a Corporate Workplace Lead to take on a role leading a hard-working Corporate Workplace team in Brisbane, reporting to the National Operations Manager.

As Corporate Workplace Lead, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of site operations, ensuring consistently high levels of customer service satisfaction and safety compliance at all times. This role will also be responsible for aligning operations, supporting service delivery, key stakeholder relationships, reporting and governance for the client's corporate offices in their remit.

In this role, you will support, lead, coach and develop the facilities and operations team, ensuring delivery of all contractual scope and activities that influence the site and further guide and collaborate with a range of external vendor partners/stakeholders to provide exceptional workplace experiences to residents, guests and the community. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all site operations with a focus on safety and compliance.
  • Manage a diverse team and ensure effective resolution of escalations.
  • Liaise with all contractors and Facilities team to ensure the site facilities are correctly used, clean and maintained.
  • Coordinate site operations and maintain optimal employee/resident/guest service and experience.
  • Align with portfolio KPI’s and performance metrics to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Align and collaborate with the facilities management (FM) services team including capital works project management, asset management and maintenance, environmental services, health safety and procurement services.
  • Deliver service and activities in line with budget and reporting requirements.
  • Work with the Finance and Facilities Management teams to develop, monitor and deliver annual opex and capex budgets, monthly accruals and quarterly forecasting for all sites under their remit.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Corporate Workplace team as directed.
Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience leading medium to large multi-displinary teams
  • 5+ years experience in FM space or Workplace related areas 
  • Strong client focus and customer experience mindset essential
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder/contractor management
  • Strong computer and systems knowledge
