About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a 6+ years PQE Corporate/Commercial Senior Associate to work as part of our collegiate and highly regarded commercial healthcare team led by Lucille Scomazzon, Angela Wood and Aaron Kloczko, leading lawyers in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have solid experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and general commercial advice work. Experience in or advising the healthcare sector or other regulated sector is ideal, but a desire to be part of, and contributing to, a sector facing healthcare team is essential.
About you
Ideally you will:
- Have experience working in a corporate or commercial team in private practice
- Have a client-focused approach and have a keen interest in understanding the sector’s commercial drivers and regulatory context
- Be confident when solving complex problems and effectively communicating to others
- Be able to demonstrate the capacity to develop client relationships
- Be an independent thinker, comfortable with learning new concepts quickly
