Forklift Operator - Arundel

The Role:

Toll People in partnership with our client is currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join their team in Arundel. This role will suit someone looking for regular employment in a team environment with a commitment to safety.

This casual role has the potential to become permanent positions. A great opportunity to get in and cement your spot.

Afternoon shift is available. Base rate is $38.78 per hour

Hours: 3:00pm till finish

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to safely operate a forklift to load, move or transport stock within the warehouse and production areas
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Staging and organising product and yard storage locations
• General Warehouse duties and housekeeping as determined by the Team Leader or Supervisor
• Manual handling as required
• Be a great team player
• Adhere to and maintain a high safety standard

Skills & Experience:

• Experience operating Counterbalance Forklift
• Current LF Licence required
• Experience in the Warehouse environment
• Reliable and motivated to hit targets
• High level of attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical
