A bit about the position
Tilegne Therapy works with clients across the lifespan who experience a diverse range of challenges requiring our support. You will have a primarily paediatric caseload, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to take on a mixed caseload of adults and children from a variety of backgrounds if desired.
We are seeking Occupational and Speech Therapists across all levels of experience to join our team. We offer flexibility with our positions wherever possible to ensure your work life balance is just how you like it. Variations in hours and location of work, and caseload variation is available for our team members.
A highly supported Graduate Program is in place to mentor and train early-career clinicians in all aspects of clinical practice. Pathways within our practice structure allow for motivated clinicians to progress into management positions in the future if desired. About you
The successful candidate will have:
- An understanding of family centred practice
- Applicants of all levels of experience are welcome to apply
- Willingness to work closely within a multidisciplinary team
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Therapy or equivalent
- SPA Registration or eligible for registration prior to commencement (we can assist with work visa sponsorship)
- Applicants with Limited Registration or Stage 1 Desktop Audit will be considered.
- Eligible 482 visa holders will be considered.
- Working with children's check and willingness to undergo a Police Check
- Drivers Licence and reliable car

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
