A bit about the job:
We are looking for a Counter Fraud Team leader to lead a team of Counter Fraud property investigators. The team will deal with customers and suppliers for household claims.
As a leader your responsibilities would be to build an inspiring and impactful culture with an open communication, setting clear team measures, providing coaching and upskilling to achieve the optimum outcome, and support and develop your team to provide a leading customer experience whilst focusing on the indemnity spend.
Aviva introduced “smart working” in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from either Perth, Glasgow, Manchester, or Norwich offices.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and performance management skills
Desirable but not essential experience and understanding of Counter Fraud tools, investigation techniques and approaches in Financial Services
Experience of building and developing strategic relationships both internal and external across the Industry
Project management experience would be preferred with an ability to think long term strategically and operationally

Salary up to £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
