The Role
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Leader to deliver Council’s Parks and Reserves program of work, safely and efficiently. This will be achieved through effective use and management of resources, people, plant and equipment and in compliance with all Council, regulatory and other legislative specifications and requirements.
About You
You will be a resilient people leader who is able to motivate and empower employees through clear setting of expectations, consistent decision-making, delivering timely feedback and holding others to account. You’re solutions focused with a continuous improvement mindset and you’re not afraid to constructively challenge. You will work collaboratively with your immediate peers and share your technical expertise, knowledge and experiences to build a stronger Works Depot leadership group.
