Your main duties will include
- Counter Sales
- Providing customer service to our customers
- Following up on customer orders
- Providing quotations to customers
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Knowledge of tools industry products will be helpful
- Computer skills/experience (Microsoft Office)
- Specific Product and Software training will be provided
- A pro-active, driven, and reliable person with the right attitude and a willingness to learn within a rewarding team environment is essential
- Courteous, professional phone/counter manner.
