Technical Counter Sales Person

The Opportunity...

Due to steady business growth in our Trade channel, we have developed a dedicated role as part of our internal sales team servicing dedicated General Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic,  Counter Sales customers. 

The primary responsibilities of this exciting new role are to build and develop strong relationships and generate significant new business growth within existing and new customers allocated within the Keysborough area calling into out Counter Sales desk.

As a Counter Sales  – Trade; your duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Manage the inventory in line with Hydraulic Pneumatic Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of the strategic business plan.
• Maintaining a customer focus and maximizing business opportunities and sales growth..
• Manufacture Hydraulic hoses as Per customers needs
• Attend internal Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required.

To be considered for this opportunity, your history will demonstrate:

• Industry Account Management experience is preferred in either of the following sectors:
• Hydraulic component sales
• Hydraulic hose Manufacture 
• Pneumatic component sales 
• General Mechanical Fuel / Grease delivery components
• Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and territory management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results.
• Sound business acumen and numerical competency.
• Proven ability to prioritize workloads and
• Outgoing nature with a positive and motivated approach who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and can work calmly under
